Three Knives You Need

These are the only three kitchen knives you’ll ever need.

First, and most important, the chef’s knife.

I think eight inches is the best size and you should use it for 90% of your kitchen tasks.

For the other 10% you will want a paring knife.

These are great for small and delicate tasks such as peeling or trimming fruits and vegetables.

Finally, a serrated knife.

A lot of people call it a bread knife because it’s basically the only thing people use it for.
