The Secret To Guacamole

I have found the secret ingredient to make the best in the world.

Start by halving one avocado, removing the pit and adding all the flesh to a bowl.

Add in some onion, minced garlic, Jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, a few dashes of soy sauce, and a pinch of salt.

Mash this together until fully combined then dice up two more avocados and fold them gently into the mixture.

Serve it immediately or press plastic wrap directly against the guacamole until ready to serve.

Leaving the pit in also keeps it extra fresh without browning, but be careful to remove it before enjoying if so!
