Perfect Browned Butter

Here’s how to make THE perfect brown butter without burning it.

Add your butter to a light colored pan over medium heat.

Once the butter melts, stir constantly for about 3-5 minutes until it gets nice and foamy.

Now you want to start looking for any golden brown spots.

The second you see any change in color where it’s starting to look golden brown, immediately pour it out of the pan into a heat proof container.
