If you are short for time, but want mayonnaise, follow this recipe.
Into a tall container, add two whole eggs, a tablespoon of lemon juice, two teaspoons of Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and 1 1/2 cups of neutral oil in that order.
Now press an immersion blender to the very bottom.
Blend for about ten seconds without lifting and then slowly lift while continuing to blend.
Everything should turn into mayonnaise and you can season to taste.
