How much salt should you put on your steak?
If you plan to cook your steak in a pan, you should season it still evenly on all sides but a little bit less.
This is because when you cook in a pan most of the salt stays on the steak and sort of melts into the crust.
if you are grilling your steak, you should season it a bit more.
This is because you lose some of the seasoning as juices drip down the grates.
