Let’s make hot honey chicken tenders!
Add your chicken to a bowl along with 1 cup buttermilk, 1 cup magic sauce, a bit of garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper, then give it a quick mix.
And while that marinates, make your dredge by combining 1 cup flour, 1 cup crushed corn flakes, a half cup cornstarch, 1 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper and whisk, along with a few splashes of your wet marinade for extra crispy fried chicken.
Now dredge your chicken, pressing hard and shaking off any excess flour.
Then let it rest while you make a quick hot honey sauce by combining 2 tablespoons butter, a half cup honey and a squeeze of magic sauce.
And by the way, if you want to try my new magic sauce, you can find out where to get it in the description below.
To finish the chicken, fry at 350 Fahrenheit until golden brown and crispy, then toss it in a bowl and top with the hot honey sauce.
Look at how insane that is!
