Honeycomb candy looks impossible to make, but it only takes three ingredients.
In a large deep pot, combine 1 and 1/2 cup sugar, a 1/3 cup light corn syrup, and a 1/3 cup water, and stir over medium heat.
And once it begins to boil, bring it up to exactly 302° F, and then immediately turn off the heat and stir in a teaspoon of sifted baking soda, and whisk for exactly 4 seconds.
It should bubble up and expand, at which point pour it off to a parchment-lined baking sheet, and let it rest.
Then break it all up however you want.
