This homemade potato gnocchi is very easy to make.
Start by oiling one large potato on a baking sheet and adding a sprinkle of salt.
Toss this in the oven and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour.
Once finished, cut it open while it’s still hot and remove the insides.
Mash them a potato ricer so it’s nice and fluffy.
Sprinkle a tiny bit of flour as well as one egg yolk and work it all together.
Once you get a nice dough ball, divide it into portions.
Using a bit more flour, roll this into logs and cut into nice gnocchi-shaped pillows.
Toss these into some salted boiling water until they float.
Then transfer into a pan with a bit of oil.
Once nice and crispy, finish with some butter, sage, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese!
