Homemade Chicken Wings

This is the best and easiest recipe for homemade buffalo wings.

Start by filling a pot with oil and let it come to temp.

Prepare the buffalo wing sauce by adding 1/2 cup hot sauce and 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat and whisking until the butter melts.

Then add in a few teaspoons of brown sugar and whisk until it comes to a simmer.

Once the oil has reached 350 degrees Fahrenheit fry your wings for about 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.

Throw the wings in a bowl, pour over the sauce, and toss until fully coated.

I like to serve mine with a combination of both ranch and blue cheese dressing.

Of course, make sure not to forget the carrots and celery sticks too.
