Here’s how to make the viral corn ribs.
Start by husking a few ears of corn and microwaving them for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
Then cut off both ends so you can stand it up and cut straight down the middle by rocking your knife carefully back and forth.
And then take those pieces and cut them into quarters.

Then toss them in an air fryer and cook for about 12 to 15 minutes at 400° F, turning them partway through until they’ve curled up and the kernels are nice and blistered.
Finish them off with some melted butter, lime juice, and a bit of tajin and enjoy. That might actually be better than normal rib.
