About Nick’s Kitchen

Welcome!

I’m Nick DiGiovanni, and I’ve been cooking, creating, and sharing my love for food since I first stepped into the kitchen as a kid. I was lucky to learn from my grandmother and great-grandmother, who passed down handwritten recipes and a true love for food.

That love has taken me everywhere—from graduating Harvard with the first-ever food-focused major, to working in world-class restaurants like Benu in San Francisco, to competing on MasterChef, where I finished as the youngest-ever finalist. My path to food wasn’t traditional but it has been such an exciting journey!

My goal with Nick’s Kitchen is simple: to make cooking fun and accessible, because anyone can cook. My recipes are thoroughly tested, broken down with clear visuals, step-by-step instructions, helpful tips—and the occasional knife drop for flair.

Produced in Boston, Nick’s Kitchen has become a go-to destination for creative recipes that inspire people to get in the kitchen. These are inspired by influences from cuisines worldwide, long-standing family secrets, and usually a touch of Osmo for flavor! It is my greatest joy is to see you recreate them in your own home kitchen.

Since launching in January of 2025, the Nick’s Kitchen YouTube channel has reached nearly 2.5 million subscribers on YouTube and 100M viewers. Our audience is growing fast, and I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who tunes in, tries a recipe, or drops a comment. Your support makes all of this possible, so thank you!
